Individual therapy is for people who experience various difficulties — such as anxiety, low mood, or challenges in relationships — and who wish to improve their quality of life, better understand themselves, and discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
It’s also a space for those who are seeking personal growth and development.
Sessions take place regularly, once a week, and last 50 minutes. Meetings are held in the office.
The number of sessions is set individually, depending on your needs and goals. Sometimes therapy lasts just a few meetings, while in other cases it may continue for one or two years.
At the beginning, we discuss and define your goals — what you would like to change or improve — and together we decide on the expected duration of the therapy process.
