Every relationship goes through challenges — moments of distance, misunderstanding, or pain. Couples therapy offers a safe and supportive space to talk openly, rebuild trust, and find new ways of being together.
It’s for partners or married couples who are facing difficulties in their relationship, going through a crisis, or simply wishing to strengthen their bond and improve the quality of their connection.
Sessions take place regularly — once a week or every two weeks — and last 50 minutes.
The number of sessions is tailored individually to your needs. For some couples, a few meetings are enough to bring meaningful change; for others, the process may continue for a year or longer.
At the beginning, we set shared goals for the therapy — what you both want to change or improve — and together we decide on the direction and length of our work.
